Rwema Ndamiye Kibibi
Rwema and His wife Jolie have been married for 13 years and have three beautiful children. They live in Edmonton, Alberta where they are church planters and are currently pastoring Kingdom Minded Church. Rwema’s passion for seeing the expansion of God's kingdom led him to found CAM in 2009. Rwema desires to introduce many to the saving grace of God wherever he goes.

Raymond Desmarais
Raymond works as a full-time missionary in Ottawa, ON. Invited to visit Uganda in 2009, he was led by the Spirit to co-found A Cup for Africa Mission with Rwema. Raymond has a heart and passion for serving the poor children of our world.

Ardell Milne
Ardell joined Cup for Africa as Administrative Assistant in 2024. Ardell has a heart for missions serving both A Cup For Africa and as a Pastors wife, serving Dovercourt Baptist Church alongside her husband Dennis.

Patrick Hébert
Patrick joined CAM in 2016 as a board member. His family has been sponsoring children for many years. Patrick’s passion to serve was fuelled after a month-long trip to Africa with his wife Elaine in 2014, where they met their three sponsored children.​

Maddie Mizibrocky
Maddie has been apart of CAM since 2018 when she went on the annual mission trip to Uganda and has been passionate about helping the charity ever since! She has a big heart for mission work and showing people God’s love. Her main role with CAM now is to coordinate fundraisers and enjoys looking for news ways to spread the word about A Cup for Africa!

Bryan joined the board in 2020. He is the lead pastor at Open Door Community Church and is mission-minded. He strives to use his tech skills to assist CAM and share the mission with others. Overall Bryan’s goal is to show the love of Christ with everyone he encounters.

With a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to make a difference, he works to create opportunities and support initiatives that foster growth and brighter futures across Africa.

Venessa is a dedicated mother of two who has been a proud sponsor through Cup For Africa since 2019. Combining her love for giving back with her creativity as an artist, Venessa supports the organization’s impactful mission by excelling at event planning. Driven by a deep connection to her sponsorship journey, Venessa dreams of traveling to Uganda one day to meet the individual whose life she’s helping to transform.
